Driver door and tailgate power windows do not work. Although it is complete, unfortunately, the wires and hoses werecut on the rear A/C unit to remove the cap. Also interesting in the interior is a complete roof mounted rear A/C system inside the removable Bronco cap. In the front, the standard buckets with center storage console, the middle has a 2/3's split bench that folds forward on the passenger side to let the rear seat passengers in and the rear seat is the standard Bronco bench. The interior is quite interesting too as it has 3 rows of seats. The welds can be seen under the truck on the floor but a vinyl top was put on the roof of the body to cover the outer welding seams. Next the body was cut behind the doors and the rear of a sectioned F250 4-door cab was placed in between the two half's of the Bronco body and welded back together. All of the suspension, drivetrain, etc were transferred to an F150 extended cab, short bed frame (no cutting and weldingdone to the frame to extend it). There are no estimates on how many were built.įrom what I have found, it started as a regular Bronco XLT and was completely disassembled.

This truck is COOL and grabs attention weather its sitting out front of the dealership or at the stop light! Honestly, how many 4-door Bronco's have you seen? I did a bit of research on it and have found that the owner of Magnum Motor Coach had been the President of Centurion (who also built 4-door Bronco's) and they were only built in small numbers for a few years in the late 1980's and early 1990's before going out of business. If you're still with me after that, you need this Bronco! Brakes? Well, it stops but I think that one of the front calipers is sticking. It also needs front end work, it takes some concentration to keep it going straight down the road. I can only guess that it sat for awhile before I got it and the seals have dried up. So,if it runs and drives, why is it a project? First off let me start by saying it runs smooth, shifts well and the 4WD works! Problems? It has a known transmission leak and possibly other fluids also. It was driven 54 miles to my home and then another 3 miles to my business location without any problems. Good running fuel injected 351W, C6 auto trans and automatic locking electronic 4WD. Although this truck runs and drives, it is being sold as a project. DJ's Cars & Trucks LLC is proud to offer this 1989 Ford Bronco custom built 4-door by Magnum Motor Coach.
